GALLERY

1.) All art will remain in Wolfejaws’ copyright. It cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes by anyone other than Wolfejaws. You cannot use the finished product(s) in a commercial capacity.

2.) Art created as a commission can be uploaded to any of Wolfejaws’ social medias or other online platforms. You will not be named unless you choose to waive anonymity and want to be tagged/mentioned.

3.) You can upload finished commissions to your own social media pages and profiles with credit to me. A clear label of “art by Wolfejaws” must be provided.

4.) Refunds will not be given unless I cannot finish a commission order due to external circumstances.

5.) Work in progress images will be presented to you in three stages. These stages are Sketch, Lineart, and Flat Colors. These have 48 hours to have changes requested or to be approved. After 48 hours, if no approval has been given or changes requested, it will automatically be listed as”approved” and I will proceed with working on the art as if it had been approved.

6.) Significant or massive requested changes will result in additional fees based on complexity.

7.) Payment in full is required before I begin working on your art. For returning clients, orders over $150 can be split up into 2 payments, both of which must be paid before delivery of the final product.

8.) You must have a Discord account and be willing to communicate with Direct Message via Discord.

9.) Any Art I create, including work in progress images, cannot be used to train AI, be uploaded to any AI databases, turned into an NFT, or any other such programs/systems.

10.) You cannot remove my signatures from any art or request a product without a signature.

11.) All payments will be made via PayPal.

12.) I can reject any commission request for any reason. I am under no obligation to accept your order request.
